Desmond was found as a stray, so we do not know much about his past. Before coming to Best Friends, he was worked with in a foster home but never seemed to warm up to people. He is currently living in a large aviary with other parrots. Desmond is thriving in the aviary and would do best living in a large enclosure with other birds.
